Coffee notes from George Street.

Short reads on our coffee bench, bagel mornings, and The Rocks rhythm around the cafe.

A George Street Stop Between Sydney Landmarks

The MCA, Circular Quay, First Fleet Park, and The Rocks Markets sit close by, making the cafe an easy pause between plans.

Our George Street shop sits in the middle of the visitor path through The Rocks, close to the MCA and Circular Quay.

That location shapes the way we serve: quick takeaway when the day is moving, outdoor tables when there is time to stay, and a menu that suits breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon drink.

Walk in before the markets, after a harbour walk, or when a coffee stop needs to be simple and dependable.

Morning Coffee In The Rocks

Our George Street mornings are built around Single O coffee, a calm table, and breakfast that works before a harbour day.

We open early for the rhythm of The Rocks: first coffees, warm pastries, and breakfast rolls before the precinct fills.

Our coffee bench pours Single O's Reservoir blend alongside rotating single-origin brews, so a quick flat white can feel just as considered as a slower filter.

Pair it with a Good Morning Roll, a Brooklyn Boy Bagel, or a Butter Boy cookie when the morning needs a little more weight.
